I’ve been there, too.

Back in 2015, I was stuck. I longed for clarity in my purpose, fulfillment in my work, and the courage to pursue dreams that felt just out of reach. Partnering with a Christian Life Coach marked a powerful turning point. Through coaching, God met me in my questions and struggles, equipping me to live - and lead - differently. That transformative experience saved me years of wandering and ignited the calling I now live out every day.

As your coach, I don’t take it lightly that you’re entrusting me with your story.
I consider it sacred ground.

Here’s a glimpse into mine:
I’ve spent over two decades coaching, teaching, writing, and speaking into women’s lives. Along the way, I’ve also worked in the corporate and legal world, taught yoga and fitness, led worship, and mentored women from all walks of life. Through every chapter, one thing has remained: a passion to help women break free from what’s holding them back and step fully into the life God has designed for them.

I’m a country girl at heart who finds joy in the outdoors, sailing, horses, and the expanse of turquoise skies and seas. But more than anything, I’m someone who’s been radically changed by the redemptive, restoring love of Jesus - and I believe He can transform every part of your story, too.

My Coach Approach
At Freedom to Flourish, I believe true transformation begins when we care for the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. Each part is beautifully connected, and when one part is hurting, the whole can feel off balance.

If you’re walking through a hard season, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’ve lost your sense of self - it’s okay. You’re not alone. Pain, trauma, and transition can feel like being caught in a riptide...but there is a way forward.

In our work together, we’ll gently uncover what’s been holding you back- limiting beliefs, unhelpful patterns, and the stories you’ve carried for far too long. With curiosity, compassion, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we’ll create space for you to heal, grow, and flourish into the woman God created you to be.

As a Certified Christian Life Coach, I hold sacred space for you to feel safe, seen, and supported. This is a partnership - one where you’re invited to explore, reflect, and rise.
