Women's Ministry Leader,
“Before coaching, a feeling of emptiness and a lack of clear direction, focus or purpose, combined with fear and anxiety about the future, was impacting and affecting every aspect of my life.
I felt a constant inner turmoil I could not name. Thoughts such as, ‘There’s more to life than this. I wonder what God’s purpose is for me? Why aren’t things I think should be satisfying not more satisfying?’ plagued my mind.
There was a combination of factors that had me finally say, “Enough is enough” and decide to work with Jen. I realized I had to make a choice to take the chance, if I truly wanted things to change. So, I stepped out in faith.
Through coaching what I realized was that freedom and joy were just on the other side of stepping out of my comfort zone. Coaching with Jen was one of the best decisions I have ever made!”
London, England UK
For many years I felt like I was just existing. Stress from my job was negatively impacting every area of my life, most significantly my family and my health. I wasn’t able to be present to my husband or children and felt exhausted all of the time. I also lived with a great deal of fear. What finally motivated me to say, “Enough is enough” was the realization that I’d been living like this for ten years and nothing was improving, it was getting worse.
I was referred to Jen by someone I trust and my husband encouraged me to press through my fears and doubts and try coaching.
Through coaching I was able to recognize how the pattern of fear was interconnected to and affecting every area of my life as well as how procrastination and perfectionism were keeping me paralyzed from making decisions which would help me move forward – at home and at work. With compassion, courage, insight and patience, Jen encouraged and spoke truth into me. She adapted her approach and provided specifically tailored tools in order to help me address these barriers. I felt valued due Jen’s deep interest in and commitment to me. God clearly worked and spoke through the coaching sessions.
As a result of coaching I have new awareness about myself and patterns that have kept me stuck so I can do something about them. I am able to notice and acknowledge progress when I make it and confront the “not good enough” lies. I am better equipped to recognize and set clear boundaries with my family and my job. I am now able to identify and communicate my needs and take care of myself. It took several months before I felt ready, but I was finally able to think about and set some meaningful goals and begin to make progress as action steps were implemented. I am more willing to make decisions instead of being paralyzed by fear. I gained more confidence and energy through sharing and feeling heard. I feel I can tackle things rather than allowing what was once overwhelming continue to drown me. I am recognizing how healing is starting to take place in my life.
Jen is a very gifted Life Coach. She has been amazing over this past year and helped me to move forward in more ways than I could have imagined.
Artisan, Crafter, Ministry Leader
I originally sought out coaching to help me gain control over a situation I felt helpless to change on my own - my health and weight. I had allowed my health to decline during a period of extreme stress, and was tired of living in fear and with an un-healthy mindset. I knew I needed help, but with the busyness of daily living it took me a while to take action. I also struggled with worry and anxiety, which incapacitated me from doing things I enjoyed and from living out the gifts God has given me.
When I retired from a stressful job, I knew ‘enough was enough’. It was time to take action and that’s when I reached out to Jen. I wanted clarity to help me re-group and make good use of my time and I also wanted assistance with weight loss and my health.
I enjoyed the weekly sessions, which felt like I was meeting with a good friend. “Good” as in one who wasn't afraid to tell me the truth in love. “Friend” as I felt like Jen was for me from the beginning. I felt validated, yet challenged. I gained a new understanding into how I functioned as a person, and was encouraged to apply that information to grow.
As a result of coaching, I am making choices in my thinking, which results in actions in to LIVE my life, not just exist. I am expanding my comfort zone. Instead of allowing the fear of “what if?” and anxiety control me, I am going forward even when I feel hesitant. I have committed to getting healthy and have successfully stuck to my health goals (which Jen helped me develop). I am making healthy choices with food, exercise, and self-talk. I have taken control of my health. Not only have I consistently lost weight over the past 6 months, I've dropped a size in clothes and feel my movement increase!
I think coaching gives you the tools to live your life instead of settling for mere existence. It helps to reveal roadblocks and provides the tools to overcome those hindrances. It has a positive effect on your outlook on life and gives you power to choose behaviors which lead to a greater fulfillment. Life coaching is an investment in yourself that I absolutely recommend!
Director of Non-Profit Ministry,
“When I started coaching, I was grieving the loss of my husband and found myself suddenly thrust into a leadership role of an established and growing ministry As a result, this consumed enormous amounts of my time and energy, and I lacked the confidence and faith to move forward in my walk with God and in a leadership capacity.
What motivated me to say, ‘Enough is enough’ and decide to coach with Jen was the realization that I was ‘stuck in the muck’ and struggling with the shock of all the sudden changes and responsibilities. I needed guidance, accountability and encouragement
As a result of the holistic approach of the coaching process I have more confidence, greater self-acceptance, increased faith, a more meaningful relationship with God, more compassion for others, better quality of sleep as well as weight loss! When I look back to where I began this journey six months ago, I am amazed and excited by the progress and the transformation that has taken place!”
The primary challenge I wanted to address through coaching was my overwhelming fear. Fear of failure, fear of not being respected or considered intelligent, and fear of undesirable outcomes - regardless of the situation. These fears held me back from realizing the possibilities of my potential and experiencing life to the fullest.
A desire to finally overcome these irrational fears and live with confidence is what motivated me to say ‘enough is enough.” The most valuable aspect of coaching for me was understanding how my past has shaped my present and the underlying motivation or beliefs driving my behavior. I am more aware in the moment now and the tools provided help me implement change.
Jen’s feedback was spot on and helped me to better understand myself. No matter what I was experiencing in my life, Jen had insight which helped me understand and address the situation. She provided resources and tools that allowed me to work through the roadblocks that were holding me back.
As a result of coaching, I realized that the problems I have struggled with were often how I internalized what I experienced. I also learned to be aware of and manage my expectations, which has helped me feel empowered instead of angry.
I definitely recommend life coaching! I think that we often have a misunderstanding of what is holding us back in life. Through coaching you can gain the insight for freedom from those limiting mindsets and beliefs so you can move past them.
“Before I started coaching, I was dealing with constant stress, lack of motivation, explosive emotions, tension in relationships, very little peace and I was not sleeping well. I just felt stuck in life. What motivated me to consider coaching was hearing the wonderful transformation a friend experienced through the coaching process.
One of my favorite aspects of coaching is that I can comfortably share vulnerable feelings and experiences with Jen, and I know that she listens to me without judgment. I feel her heart to serve and that she has my growth and future in mind at all times.
Since coaching, I have experienced a mindset shift that has positively affected my relationships, my perspective and my ability to live with intention instead of reaction. I feel increased energy and peace as well as more hopeful about my life and purpose!”

"As a trained Wellness/Fitness Coach myself, it has been so refreshing to experience coaching with a Holy Spirit led perspective. Jen’s guidance is gracious and seasoned with salt.
After our series of sessions, life feels more harmonious! I also know that I have a wealth of practical, biblically based tools and resources to come back to when the struggles of life arise.
Coaching with Jen has helped me with understanding the partnership of what it is to walk in God’s will. I feel empowered and motivated for the path that lies ahead because of a better understanding of my true identity in Christ, and a joy that only comes from The Lord!"

“Before coaching, a constant frustration from a lack of purpose, clear direction or sense of accomplishment, combined with a deep fear of interacting with others, was negatively impacting my life. I often felt as though I could not measure up in whatever I undertook.
Losing family over the last year is what motivated me to say, “Enough is enough” and decide to coach with Jen to make whatever changes were necessary to live fully for the rest of my life. I am now better able to accept myself and make full use of what I have, rather than being anxious over what I don’t have. It is easier to wind down and sleep at night. I also have more interest in exploring options for my life and am excited about the future!”
"I originally thought life coaching was only for those who had lofty goals and desired someone to come alongside and help direct their path. I was so wrong. We are complicated, multifaceted creatures who rarely take time to find out what makes us who we are. I learned that a life coach helps you identify & align the priorities of your life to your values.
My favorite aspect of Group Coaching was having 8 target areas to focus on. It helped uncover issues that I would have never known existed or how those areas were affecting the other aspects of my life.
I would recommend it to everyone I know! We've all been given so many cards in our deck on which to build our lives. We can spend our whole life shuffling and getting nowhere. With an understanding of placing God at the center of all things, coaching gives you a chance to put those cards in order, & walk in freedom toward the joy filled, abundant life God promised."
Group Coaching gave me the resources and information needed to change areas of my life that were not working. It was great being with a group of women open to sharing their experiences and questions in a supportive environment.
One thing that really helped a lot was gaining clarity on what is valuable and important to me. Why do I work part time and not full time? Why do I take my daughter to activities? I think that as women, we tend to make light of all the things we do and not give ourselves credit that is deserved!
I absolutely recommend group coaching! I learned a lot and it was a great experience. Having takeaway information is helpful so that I can go back and review or implement these areas as they come up in my life.
Before attending the Group Coaching class, I was jaded and suffering from leadership burnout. I felt paralyzed and confused by a lack of clear direction regarding my career. Through the class, I gained the needed clarity as well as renewed confidence and energy.
One of the aspects of the Intentional Living Group Coaching class which helped me the most was becoming more aware of my total dependence on God. I now have a more intimate relationship with Him than ever before.
Having worked with Jen through one-on-one coaching and then being part a group, what I loved most about Group Coaching was hearing everyone else’s perspectives and struggles. It was encouraging!
I absolutely recommend Individual and Group Life Coaching! You don’t know what you don’t know and coaching has been an unbelievably eye-opening experience for me!
Group coaching provided a dedicated time for learning and introspection. Jen’s classes are designed so that you don’t just get information, but actually take the time to ponder on and work through what is taught. The resources she provides during the sessions are so useful and help bring to life what is being covered.
Group coaching is a safe space to share with others, if desired, or to just take it all in. It is an invaluable masterclass that will allow growth and development in a Spirit-driven fashion.
You will not regret the decision to be part of a Group Coaching class!
Group coaching motivated me to search myself. I now take seriously the desire I have to go after my goals and have the tools and resources to help me stay focused.
My life was greatly enriched by the Intentional Living Group Coaching class! I learned a lot and have tools to implement in my life.
Words cannot express how much I appreciated the Intentional Living Group Coaching class. Some sessions were hard and brought tears but I gained so much. I am so thankful!
What I found most valuable about the Intentional Living Group Coaching class was writing out my values and priorities. It proved to be very insightful. My favorite aspect was hearing other women share. I think that this is especially great information for younger women.
The reason WHY I chose Bridget as a coach was her preliminary session. This gave me a chance to talk with her in a relaxed way and understand HOW she would "coach" me, listening to my concerns and lining the answers up with God's Word. This is exactly what I was looking for!
At the start of each session, we talked about the topic for that time and at the end she asked me if I had any new insights on how to think on that topic. Every time, I was elevated in my thinking! God's truth does that. I especially like that she would send me a summary of the session the next day or so. This way,
I could review it and apply.
I then was able to develop fresh thoughts on my attitude and point of view regarding my stumbling blocks, especially with my adult children and my husband. Bridget showed me how to be realistic about change. How the only one I can change is myself, and how being fearful of others or an imagined outcome put me in fear. We also developed a plan for "getting out of the pits of life" with a practical practice. I'll leave that answer for you to discover with her!
I am in a better place with Jesus than ever before.
"I am grateful I met Bridget and had the opportunity to work with her for a few months. It was an awesome experience and happened just at the right time for me.
I was feeling a bit stuck and sometimes when you're "stuck in a box" you don't realize what's written on the outside of the box. Bridget was able to listen and help me realize a bunch of things just outside my own "box' thinking.
It was very refreshing to not only have someone else listening to my thoughts but also challenging my wording, actions and motives for what I needed to do to make healthy choices. I appreciated that Bridget (and her coaching method) is rooted and grounded in Christ. She prayed for me and guided me in right ways rather than just how the world thinks things should go. Thank you!"
"In one word, working with Bridget is anointed. She is a prayerful and grounded coach with a gift for listening to both her client and the Holy Spirit. Bridget asks just the right questions! In only a few sessions, I gained clarity on how God is leading me in my business. She helped me discern my vision and write my mission statement. I could not have gotten here without her!"
