Jen Stone-Sexton is a vocalist, speaker, and the founder of Freedom to Flourish Ministries.
Her voice carries a message of hope, healing, and wholehearted living -inviting women to slow down, reconnect with God, and flourish in every season.
With a background in music and years of experience leading in worship and performing, Jen brings both technical excellence, professionalism, and heartfelt authenticity to every space she enters.
Whether through song, spoken word, or sacred moments of reflection, her desire is to create an atmosphere where hearts can soften, souls can breathe, and God’s presence can be encountered.
Her musical expression is an extension of her ministry - woven together with her work as a Christian Life Coach, Author, Speaker, and Rest & Wellbeing Consultant.
Jen is available for special music, worship gatherings, retreats, and meaningful events.

Professional Background
Jennifer C. Stone-Sexton (Jen) earned her degree in Vocal Performance, with honors, from the University of Denver Lamont School of Music, with an emphasis in Jazz and Commercial Music.
She brings a diverse and well-trained background in contemporary music, jazz, musical theatre, and opera, along with studies in vocal pedagogy, acting, and dance.
Jen was the vocalist and manager of her jazz ensemble, The Jenn Stone Quartet, in Denver, Colorado, and served as a principal singer with the Denver Tabor Opera Company, performing in musical theatre revue productions. She also has experience as a voiceover artist and actress for both stage and camera.
Throughout her musical journey, Jen has performed with numerous worship teams, ensembles, and choral groups, and toured extensively across the United States, Canada, and Europe with the contemporary Christian group The Continentals.
Her choral and recording credits include performances and collaborations with renowned artists and ensembles, including Facing a Task Unfinished with Keith & Kristyn Getty, Sing! An Irish Christmas at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center, and appearances with the Colorado Symphony Orchestra Chorus, Aspen Music Festival, Colorado MahlerFest Chorus (Gustav Mahler’s Symphony No. 8), Knoxville Symphony Orchestra Chorus, and the Concert Chorale of Nashville.
Additional recording credits include Scuffed and Simple by Nashville artist Tiffany Johnson (Turner), as well as a live concert performance of The Young Messiah alongside multiple contemporary Christian artists.
Prior to relocating to Nashville, Jen taught private voice lessons through her Denver-based studio and performed frequently as a soloist throughout the Rocky Mountain region. Upon moving to Nashville, she established a private voice studio and continues to serve on the worship team at her home church.
In addition to her musical work, Jen is an accomplished lyricist, poet, author, speaker, and Christian Life Coach—bringing a holistic and expressive depth to every space she serves.
