Jen is passionate about encouraging and equipping women to live an empowered life of freedom flourishing in their God-given purpose.
Authentic, transparent and powerful with her unique expressive and engaging style, Jen weaves her evocative poetry through her personal story to share God’s love and redemptive healing plan for every woman who is struggling with her own brokenness. Her story has become a powerful opportunity to share the gospel with women in all seasons of life and points to how God has transformed her pain into His purpose to serve others with a message of hope, healing and the freedom to flourish.

Jen also offers a Restore & Renew Rest Retreat theme and message. This intimate experience is designed to guide you in a dedicated time of resting and abiding. You will also explore the invitation of rest to receive God's strategy for you to flourish. Restorative practices are woven into the retreat time so that you can experience personal restoration and renewal as you dive deeper into what it looks like to rest well.
